1. Sign Up in 60 Seconds
Signing up is simple and easy. Gain instant access to real estate investment opportunities, due diligence documents and professional resources.
2. Residency Verification and Account Linkage
Build your portfolio from our pre-screened Real Estate projects. You can view full financials, photos, appraisals, and documents related to that project all on one page.
3. Browse & Invest
Click the “Invest Now” button on the Investment page and then enter your funding amount. Review and finalize your investment. Sign the Investor Agreement electronically.
4. Earn Rental Income and/or Capital Gains
Every quarter you receive a distribution directly into your account. We’ll send status updates via email and your account’s notices section as investments progress. Get real-time reports on your current and past investments as well as the ability to reinvest your funds into new projects.
5. Withdraw or Re-Invest
At the conclusion of the project Sponsor will repay the investment along with any outstanding interest due. You are free to withdraw any remaining funds in your account or re-invest them. Lastly, you can download tax documents, your investment agreements and other files electronically.

How Do I Make Money?
Once you have invested in debt, your money gets to work. Interest will be paid monthly, quarterly or at the conclusion of the project.
Your interest earnings is paid directly into your MassVenture investor account from where you can easily withdraw or reinvest to build your portfolio.
Share Capital Growth
If you invest in equity of the project at the end of the fixed investment term, once the property is sold the proceeds being shared amongst the investors after any costs and expenses.
You can keep track of your portfolio through your personalized dashboard. You will receive project performance report, annual property analysis report, pictures etc.
Earn Quarterly Income
Once you have invested, your money gets to work. As soon as property is rented out and start generating rental income sponsor collects the rent monthly and pay expenses i.e. property taxes, insurance, HOA or management, etc.
Every quarter your share in net rent will be transferred to your MassVenture Investor account.
